The customer is allowed to return the products received within 30 days of delivery without stating obligations. If the return takes place outside of the said period or if the item shows signs of wear / damage or is not returned in the original packaging, Seyyah will not accept the return and will not operate any refund. The return of products is accepted only in the presence of the original label.
In Italy and in the EU countries, the refunds should be sent by affixing to the packaging the label for returns provided by the operator within the package sent, or by other modes of delivery to be agreed with Seyyah. For non-EU countries, the refunds are to be agreed with the company by contacting Customer Service in Seyyah at firstname.lastname@example.org. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments or sent to wrong addresses.
The return of products is at Seyyah expenses. The products, as far as reasonably possible inserted in their original packaging, should therefore be returned to:

In case of a valid return in accordance with these Terms of purchase, Seyyah will refund ship costs (in case of orders fully returned) and the price of the returned goods within 14 days of receipt of Products or cancellation of the contract. It is understood, however, that the repayment obligation exists for Seyyah only after receipt of the returned products.
The duration of the transit traveling of the returned goods is not under the control of Seyyah, but as soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Within a minimum of 5 days the return will be processed. Seyyah will refund within 14 days of acceptance of the return, however, the bank or the issuer of the customer's credit card, may take longer to provide accreditation of the refund. Seyyah reimburse the total value of products using the same method by which it was purchased.
When returning a product which was damaged due to omissions or misuse caused by the customer, or at the expense and risk of the customer, Seyyah reserves the right to deduct from the refund due to the customer the amount needed to repair the damage. You can avoid the obligation to compensate for the decrease in the value of the product caused by improper use, using the product in the right way, and avoiding as far as possible any actions that may adversely affect their value.
Instructions for the return of products in Italy and in EU countries
Attached to each order are present a form and a label for the return. To return a product, follow the instructions below:
- Be sure to ship the item in its original packaging, including the label / original card;
- Use the charged shipping label recipient included in the shipment;
- Complete the return form section present in the package and include it in the return shipment.
